Global Indexes
S&P 500
The S&P 500 broke its EMA8 line upwards to trade in positive territory.
DAX
The DAX is still very unsure of this turning and thus made 3 hammer candles next to each other.
HANG SENG
The HANG SENG is also unsure with a doji below its old negative trend line, EMA8 line and 200-day moving average. This is a huge hurdle.
NYSE & NASDAQ Stocks
FedEx Corporation
FedEx broke the sideway channel it was trading in with a 5% gain. Notice where the MACD turned green.
Halliburton Company
After Halliburton bounced on its new positive trend line it made a breakaway gap to break its 50-day moving average. It is now above its EMA8 line again positive territory.
JSE Stocks
JSE All Shares
Its 200-day moving average is acting as support for the JSE All Shares. It made an inverted hammer candle (turning candle) on the average line after the long-legged small body candle.
Naspers Ltd
We showed the turning candles of Prosus yesterday, but it was Naspers that outperformed Prosus (+5.5%) with its 8.8% gain. Notice the breakaway gap that broke its 50-day moving average.
