We had a major selloff on global markets caused by a soft jobs report and the Nikkei selloff. The Global stock sell-off looks set to continue as the Nikkei plunges further.
I will be out of action for a few days and will commence market news again as soon as I can.
Global Indexes
S&P 500
The S&P 500 dropped below its 50 DMA support into correction territory. Notice that the Trend Factor also turned yellow.
DAX
The DAX is also on its way to test its 200 DMA with a gap selloff.
HANG SENG
The HANG SENG was already in all negative territory and is still correcting this morning.
NYSE & NASDAQ Stocks
Intel Corporation
It was Intel that topped the charts with its 26.1% drop.
Amazon.com Inc
The next in line was Amazon.com with its 8.8% drop. It is hanging on its 200 DMA on the negative side.
JSE Stocks
JSE All Shares
The JSE All Shares could not escape the world selloff and also took a 1.6% drop.
Sasol Ltd
Sasol took the biggest knock on the JSE with a 9% drop.
